Lawrence Community Input

What impact does a bank have on its community? Beyond financial services, the impact is dramatic. Kansas banks historically have been the ones to sponsor pancake breakfasts and Fourth of July parades, local football teams and events that make each town unique.
University National Bank believes deeply in giving generously to the community. We are there when Junior Achievement needs volunteers to teach in the local public schools, when Project Graduation needs assistance for our high-school seniors, when Cottonwood and the Boy Scouts need help with their golf tournaments.
UNB is there to assist the students of Langston Hughes Elementary School, our colleagues in the Lawrence Education Achievement Partners program. Our staff volunteers regularly to read to the students.
We do none of these things for publicity. We do them because they make our community better.
